Refund policy

We understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out - so we offer Free Returns! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 10 days of delivery. 

• To initiate a return please email contact@gildedwitch.com with your name, order number and items to be returned.
• Please allow 5-7 business days after delivery for your refund to be processed.
• You will receive an email once your refund has been issued.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• Final Sale items may not be returned 
• Perfumes, Body Oils and Nail Polish are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
• All items MUST still be sealed and unused to return for a refund
• Any item returned with obvious damage or use will not be issued a refund.
• Any item returned after the 10 day return window will be issued a merchandise credit as the form of refund
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
• We do not currently offer exchanges
