With a degree from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning from the University of Cincinnati but wanting to live a simpler life, I moved to the mountains of Northern California to continue in the design world as an independent artisan with the freedom to live a simpler life. We strive to ship all in-stock products within 1-2 business days.
We ship via USPS and UPS. As of October 1st USPS has increased their processing time, so please allow 2-3 extra days for delivery going forward.

- UPS Ground Shipping: $9.99
Express & Overnight Shipping
Express:
- 1-2 Day Express UPS Shipping: $19.99 (delivery time depends on location, the closer you are to MA the faster it will get there)
- DHL: Calculated at checkout
Overnight:
- 1 day Overnight UPS/USPS shipping: $38.00
- PLEASE NOTE that the shipping estimate begins from the day your order is shipped, not the day the order is placed. We do our best to ensure that all expedited orders are shipped out same-day if placed by 2pm, but during peak holidays hours they may be delayed by a day or two. If you have a set deadline by which your package must arrive, it is best to reach out to us at contact@gildedwitch.com beforehand to ensure we can meet your expectations.
- The Gilded Witch is not responsible for delayed or missing packages caused by shipping carriers and we do not issue refunds or send replacements for lost/missing/stolen packages. We will of course assist in any way we can with locating your package.
RETURNS
- They're always free! Just email us at contact@gildedwitch.com for a return label within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return.
- FINAL SALE items, perfumes, body oils and soap are not returnable.
- Items must be clearly unworn/unused/unopened to be accepted for a return (see exception below).
- The one exception? That dreaded green ring. If you find that your jewelry is causing a green tint to your skin due to skin pH, you can send it back for free within 30 days.9
